We work with Beverly Hills Transfer & Storage, one of the original Allied Van Lines agents. Don't let the Beverly Hills name throw you off - our moving
prices are established from the Allied corporate office. You get Beverly Hills service at competitve prices.
If you are in the Southern California area, we will service your move personally through our Beverly Hills office. Otherwise we
coordinate your move through the Allied agent network of over 500+ Allied moving companies in the USA. For international shipping, the Allied agent
network has over 300+ agents in other countries.

Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage was founded in 1924 right in the middle of Hollywood's golden age, and now, nearly eighty years later, we're still glowing strong.
With some twenty-five long-haul drivers and another sixty or so criss-crossing daily across Southern California's golden landscape, our freshly painted fleet is a striking

Quality Of Service Audit
The Allied Van Lines commitment to customer satisfaction goes beyond just talk. It's measured in real results. The ultimate goal of
"providing the highest quality service available anywhere" comes alive through continuous improvement practices. To improve front
line quality practices, an independent third party performs a Quality of Service Audit (QSA) to measure Allied's customer satisfaction.
They conduct a telephone survey with Allied customers within 72 hours of their move.
Customer responses to the 14-question survey
are tabulated daily and posted on-line for Allied agents. These results assist Allied and its agents in developing effective
recognition, training and operational practices.
Allied's goal is to achieve sustained continuous improvement that yields an "excellent" rating with customers for
quality of service. In 1995, the goal for an "excellent" rating was set at 4.25 on a 5.0 scale. Due to the implementation of
continuous improvement initiatives, the bar was raised in 1998 to 4.35 and again in 2001 to 4.40.
