Moving ATV's & Quads
We move ATV's and quads on the same 4' x 8' skids that we use for the motorcycles.
They are easy to strap down for safe transportation. If they are too big for the pallet, like the Polaris below, they are moved without it.
You can see that the tires sometimes hang over the edge just a bit. It's no problem if it's only a few inches over on each side.
When it gets 1/2 a tire width it's too much to fit on the skid securely. In that case we roll them on the truck and off again. That's how we handle extremely
wide rides like a motorcycle with a side car. They go with all the other motorcycles, only without a skid.
Here's what Suzuki says about their quadrunners. "The QuadSport Z400 is shaking up the four-wheeling scene with a burst of adrenaline-charged excitement. With the introduction of this sport ATV,
Suzuki let everybody know just how extreme a high-performance four-wheeler can be. For 2004 the QuadSport Z400 is back, with the same awe-inspiring performance matched by RM motocross-style graphics
designed to let the world know you're on the most radical four-wheeler on the dirt. Engine performance is only half the story. It also boasts an incredibly light dry weight of 373 pounds. That,
combined with a technically advanced chassis and long-travel suspension front and rear, makes it extraordinarily agile and gives it the ability to take on the nastiest terrain."
