concerns regarding services, charges, scheduling and delivery issues. If

Shipment Tracking
RapidTrac® - United's online shipment tracking system - provides the
security of knowing the location and status of your shipment. Using your
order number you can track your shipment, any time of the day or night.
All of our agents are linked through United World Headquarters via a
telecommunications system that provides immediate information about the
details of shipments being handled by the van line.
In
addition, most of United´s cross-country vans are equipped with
VanStar®, a state-of-the-art satellite location and communication system
that allows us to immediately contact our van operators as they travel
to your new location.
Inventory Control
Many of our van operators are equipped with United's electronic bar-code
inventory system. You won't have to spend another minute worrying about inventory
control and lost items. RightTrac™ -- our inventory control system -
replaces hard-to-read handwritten inventories. Using an advanced bar
code system, each item being shipped is scanned and electronically
inventoried at loading. At delivery, pieces are scanned a second time,
identifying any missing items immediately.
Better inventory control means fewer claims. United is confident you
