Executive Relocation Services
The Executive Relocation Service is our premium-level moving service, designed especially for those clients who require very special care and attention.
In addition to our excellent standard moving service provided by
MoverQuest and Allied Van Lines, we offer two important additional features with our Executive Relocation Service:
Master Mover
As an Executive Relocation client, you will be assigned a Master Mover to perform your move. There are only 73 Master Movers in the Allied fleet. These are the best of the best. They consistently perform at the top in all driver standards
(no-damage, excellent road safety, excellent on-time pickup & delivery, perfect paperwork, and excellent customer feedback reports). They are the drivers that are chosen to move the executives for the Allied
Van Lines corporate accounts. They also come with hand-picked trained helpers, and enough manpower to get the job done right.
Service Watch
We place a Service Watch on your move. This means that your relocation receives priority attention. Everyone involved with your move will know ahead of time that you are a very special client that must receive priority treatment at every level.
The General Manager at the local branch office servicing your move will know about your specific requirements well before the packing and moving days. He will discuss your move with
each employee involved to make sure everything is done correctly and no detail is left to the last minute. This includes double-checking and triple-checking every important item
to make sure there are no surprises on your move. He knows the importance of hand picking the best packers and best helpers to assure that everything goes smoothly at origin. The same attention to quality will be applied by the office handling the move-in at destination.
From beginning to end your move becomes a well-coordinated effort by everyone involved from the packers and driver, to the local coordinators and right up to the Allied corporate office.
The Executive Relocation Service is not always available. It depends on when you are moving, how much notice you can give, and where you are moving to.
We usually reserve an entire truck for these moves (no other furniture onboard), but in some cases we will consider a minimum of 1/2 a truck load.
